Patrizia Gentile is graduated in mathematics, and she has over 35 years of experience in the world of Telecommunications and ICT, holding managerial roles in companies with complex organization (Telecom Italia, SSC, Finsiel, Sogei) privileging for my personal attitude communication and mediation functions (i.e. “trades” of Accounts, Integrators, Projects and Program Managers), “acted” in large-scale projects in economic terms, and as multi-suppliers, multi-corporate, impacting different areas (administration, finance, control, purchasing, sales, production).
She is Director of Membership of PMI Central Italy Chapter (represents the PMI: the largest Project Managers organization, spread all over the world, with over 2.9 million members). She is trainer on Project Management areas for the PMI CAPM and PMP certification exams; methodological component “Code of ethics and professional conduct” and EDMF PMI Ethical Decision-Making Framework.
In 2016, she held the webinar “Ethics and the world of work” for members of PMI Central Italy Chapter. In 2017, she attended the seminar “Leadership Master Class: Ethics in managing uncertainty”, organized by the PMI Northern Italy Chapter.
She is member of the Board of Directors and of the Editorial Board of NoiD Telecom (an association of women of the Telecom Italia Group to promote and enhance “the feminine” in company management). She is PWN member (Professional Women Network – Pwn-Rome), and adherent to the mentoring program to provide her experience for the professional growth of young professional women.
